Warranty and Repair Policy

Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Tech Accessories
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags, small leather goods and tech accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag, small leather good or tech accessory proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags, small leather goods or tech accessories will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or small leather item.

Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Shash Lifestyle receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Shash Lifestyle merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.We do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or Clearance items.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
